Head to the open plan living and kitchen area, and you’ll find a comfortable space with two comfy sofas. Turn on the flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows or spend quality time with your loved ones. Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the kitchen has everything you could need to prepare home cooked. The Duck Pond boasts three spacious bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with double beds. The third bedroom is located on the first floor and also features a double bed, along with exposed wooden beams which add a real traditional, cosy feel to the space. There is a shower room on the ground floor and the upstairs bedroom is home to an ensuite boasting a shower, wash basin and WC. Outside you’ll find a pleasant and secluded garden to the rear of the property. With barbeque facilities and a seating area, this is great for enjoying the fresh air during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle at the front of the property.
