This listing is for the rental of the entire Carriage House building, which is two separate suites, adjoined by a connecting courtyard. The two rooms can be booked individually under separate listings, or here as a combined, spacious 1037 square feet. This unique inn under the Cottonwoods is in the center of Corrales on a 1.5-acre estate. It pairs historic Victorian elegance with luxurious modern comforts. The space Each of the two large rooms includes: a comfy king bed, spacious en suite bathroom, TV, stocked kitchenette, dining area, and private courtyards with outdoor furniture and a bubbling fountain. The rooms connect only via the exterior patio areas; there is no interior connection. If you are traveling with a 5th person, there is a $20 charge, for which a twin roll-away bed will be set-up in the larger suite and extra linens and breakfast items provided. The property sits in the heart of the Village of Corrales, directly across the street from the Farmer's Market and surrounded by nature trails. We are tucked into the Cottonwood forest ("the Bosque") of the Rio Grande riverbed and its surrounding farmlands, but the conveniences of, and access to, the city of Albuquerque begin a quick 2 miles down the road. Guest access The Carriage House rooms share 1.5 acres with the main house, old-growth Cottonwoods, expansive lawns, and a large, active horse stable. A private parking lot for the Carriage House is on the north end of the property. Both rooms are accessed through an entrance gate that splits into two separate, private courtyards. Other things to note Basic breakfast offerings are provided for your first morning with us, which includes: local coffee, hot tea, milk, yogurt, fruit, and granola.
