Cosy 2 bedroom cottage in walking distance of the beach, shops and train station. The space This attractive, traditional Victorian cottage is just a stones throw from the centre of Exmouth, with many great restaurants, cafes, shops and a beautiful 2 mile long golden sand beach. Set out over two floors, we have a comfortable lounge with smart TV, a traditional cottage kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, and two bedrooms. One Double room, and one room with two single beds, and a third full size single cabin bed. We can sleep up to 5 guests. **NOTE we feel our kitchen is ready for an upgrade which we are planning now. It’s well equipped and works perfectly but will be upgraded in 2024. We have reduced our prices in 2023 to reflect this** Guest access The whole house and garden are included in your reservation
