The kitchen comes ready and equipped for home cooking with all the major appliances, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. When it's time to eat, everyone can dine together at the table set for 10. The attached deck makes an ideal spot for apres-ski, post-hike, or 19th hole beverages. The lower level offers a desk set up for remote working, a fitness area with an exercise bike and treadmill, and another TV for added entertainment. There's also second fireplace. There is one bedroom and a full bath on the lower level. The common area also comes furnished with additional sleeping options. The main-floor bedroom includes en suite access to a shared household bathroom. The upstairs primary includes a private balcony and en suite bathroom complete with a separate tub and shower. A dual-sided fireplace provides cozy bedside or tub-time comfort. The two upstairs guest rooms share access to a fourth full bathroom. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern must-haves. THINGS TO KNOW Guest access You'll enter through the front door using a keypad code. Enter your code on the keypad - a green light will flash when it's accepted. Press the Schlage button and rotate the silver deadbolt away from the door jamb to unlock. To lock up when you leave, press Schlage again and rotate the deadbolt toward the door jamb; the door does not lock automatically, so please engage it each time. If you get a red light, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. There's also a video guide available to walk you through the process. You'll also need to sign an HOA acknowledgment document before check-in - look for an email with the required paperwork. Other things to note The home has a gas fireplace with a switch on the wall to the left of it - please turn it off when you're not using it. There's no air conditioning, but fans are located in closets throughout the home. You'll find a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps; for longer stays, you may need to pick up additional supplies at a local store.
