Sleeping room for one quiet single female

Cozy sleeping room plus bathroom for quiet female. Use of front entrance, washer/dryer, desk, and futon, with air mattress for comfort. Sorry, no kitchen/common areas, just a pleasant place to lay your head. Please present Covid-19 vaccination card upon arrival. NOTE: Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary (1) will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (1 guest). The space Two kids and I are in and out during week for school and work then home on weekends. Guest access Bedroom (futon with air mattress and linens), lower level bathroom with towels, and laundry room use. Bus stop 1.2 miles away. Parking in driveway or on street. Other things to note Pets here include golden lab, year-old blue lacy, rabbits, birds, and tortoise.
