Cozy and spacious 80 m² apartment near Siegen. You will stay in the basement of a detached house with separate entrance, garden area and free parking. The space The apartment is about 80 m² and is divided into a living room with kitchen, bedroom and study, hallway and bathroom. Squirrels will greet you, and maybe a deer will also look into your window. Up to 4 people can sleep: Double bed 160 x 200 for 2 people in the bedroom Sofa bed for 1 person, 140 x 200, in the living room 1 person bed 100 x 200 in the kitchen-living room Healthy sleep is important. That's why my beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses, toppers and hotel-quality cotton bedding. Even on hot summer days, the apartment stays pleasantly cool – without any air conditioning. Due to the location as a separate apartment and the northeast orientation, the rooms heat up only slightly and offer a pleasant living environment even in the summer. This allows you to live in a relaxed manner and sleep restfully even on warm days. A large garden with a seating area just for you allows you to relax and unwind or work from home outdoors. A Weber charcoal grill and barbecue utensils are available for barbecue evenings. Pets are allowed in my property. Food bowls, an extra blanket to cover seating furniture and a towel for "dirty" paws are provided. Your four-legged friend is welcome to let off steam in the garden. However, I would like to point out that the garden is not fenced and our fat, old tomcat also roams here. Of course, you should dispose of any "leftovers" and not leave your pet alone in the apartment. With public transport, you have very good connections to the university city of Siegen every 30 minutes. On foot, you are in the center of the small town of Betzdorf and at the train station in 15 minutes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (toaster, egg cooker, kettle...), coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, induction stove, refrigerator. In the hallway, you will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and steam iron. You have the option of "self check-in" via a lockbox. The region is ideal for hiking or biking excursions. You have the option to park bicycles in the garage. The Siegerland Golf Club and the Wiesensee Golf Club can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. Other things to note Access from the apartment to the landlord's living spaces is closed by an intermediate door. The individual rooms of the apartment are lockable.
