Cozy and spacious 80 m² apartment near Siegen. You will stay in the basement of a detached house with separate entrance, garden area and free parking. The space The apartment is about 80 m² and is divided into a living room with kitchen, bedroom and study, hallway and bathroom. Squirrels will greet you and maybe a deer will look into your window. Up to 4 people have space to sleep: Double bed 160 x 200 for 2 people in the bedroom Sofa bed for 1 person, 140 x 200 Bed for 1 person 100 x 200 Healthy sleep is important. That's why my beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses, toppers and hotel-quality cotton bedding. A large garden with a seating area just for you allows you to relax and unwind or work from home outdoors. For barbecue evenings, a Weber charcoal grill and barbecue cutlery are available. Pets are allowed in my property. Food bowls, an extra blanket to cover seating furniture and a towel for the "dirty" paws are provided. Your four-legged friend is welcome to romp around in the garden. However, I would like to point out that the garden is not fenced and our fat old cat also wanders around here. Of course, you dispose of "legacies" and do not leave your pet alone in the apartment. By public transport you have a very good connection to the university town of Siegen every 30 minutes. On foot you are in the center of the small town of Betzdorf and at the train station in 15 minutes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (toaster, egg cooker, kettle...), coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, induction stove, fridge. In the hallway you will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and steam iron. Via a key box you have the possibility for a "self check-in". The region is ideal for hiking or biking excursions. You have the option to park bicycles in the garage. The Siegerland Golf Club and the Wiesensee Golf Club can be reached by car in about 40 minutes. Other things to note Access from the apartment to the landlord's living spaces is closed by an intermediate door. The individual rooms of the apartment are lockable.
