Free boat landing access, a fish cleaning house and Ty’s Bar and Grill are all located across the highway (less than .5 miles away). This home also includes a fire pit (please bring your own chairs) and a small grill. Devils Lake is 3 miles from the house and has a Walmart, bait stores, gas stations, restaurants, bars and a cute downtown! The space This home includes in floor heat as well as central air for the summer time. Please do not use the pellet stove. You are more than welcome to use all electrical outlets inside and out, of course, but please do NOT use the one located near the septic behind the house. The fire pit and grill are for your use, but please do not go into the cabin in the backyard. Guest access You will have free access to the lake which is located across the highway at Ty’s Bar & Grill & Marina.
