Located on the ground floor of a 2 story house. The space will comfortably sleep 7 people. Room 1 : 1 double bed + 1 single bed (or 3 singles ) Room 2: 2 single bed Room 3: 1 double bed 2 bathrooms Plenty of cupboards and storage space around the house There is 1 dedicated workspaces with your own desk and office chair for those of you that have to work from home during your stay. Wifi speed is a maximum 40Mbps down and 3.5Mbps up. Can bring another set of working tables if needed. Large lounge room with TV and free Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 electric + 2 gas hobs and an excellent oven for those who like to cook. Large fridge/freezer. Kettle, espresso machine, moka pot, pots and pans all available for use. Basic amenities like salt, pepper, sugar, herbs, olive oil are included. Guest access You will have access to the entire ground floor and your own large private terrace. There is a separate private entrance for the top and bottom floor. We are just upstairs, so if you need anything, don't be shy to ask! Other things to note *** Please let me know if you are bringing dog(s), we have 2 older resident female dogs and Currently also fostering 2 Leonidio stray males. We also have 4 rescued outdoor cats. The property is not fenced and therefore you must have full control over your dog. Dogs are also prohibited on bedding/ furniture at all times. Additional cleaning fees/ damage fees will be collected if necessary. We are one big animal lover family and happy to accommodate your furry family, but please communicate the details so I can prepare appropriately. We also have dog crates available if required.
