After sunset enjoy the outdoor firepit, or indoor stone clad fireplace, or cook a feast from the chef's kitchen. The House Located at the end of a row of riverfront houses just 10 minutes walk from Livingston Manor, the house sits on 350 feet of private river-front on the famed fly fishing waters of the Willowemoc. Entry to the house is from the side, but the focus of the property is out along the river with an array of windows and sliding doors out to the river deck. The river deck itself has an outdoor teak dining set with seating for 5, a bbq grill, firepit and outdoor shower all overlooking the river. The Great Room - 640 square feet The main room of the house is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with soaring 20ft ceilings and lots of light. Bookended on one side by a custom built chefs kitchen with zline stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchen island; on the other side a large stone fireplace for cosy evenings. In the centre of the room is a large dining table seating 5, and to the side a living room nook with sectional sofa, library, smart TV, and a small desk / fly tying station. Master Bedroom - 210 square feet The master bedroom very spacious with soaring ceilings and features a queen sized bed made in a log cabin style with a private en suite bathroom, plus sliding doors onto a private deck overlooking the barn and the river with lounger chairs. Master Bathroom - 70 square feet The master bathroom features a walk in shower with a stone floor, a large double vanity, and toilet. Guest Bedroom - 105 square feet The guest bedroom is compact and cosy, with a queen bed, plus a custom built single sleeping loft above with a removable ladder for access, plus a dresser and mirror. Guest Bathroom - 60 square feet The guest bathroom features a soaking tub and shower, toilet and single vanity. The property is yours, but we live 5 minutes up the road so are generally available if you need anything at all during your stay.
