The property is in a quiet residential area, away from city traffic, with 4 rooms on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. An open terrace is available for guest use. The property accommodates a minimum of 2 guests per room. Car parking: 1 space inside and a few outside (please inform in advance). Located at the end of the street with easy access to Ola, Uber, and Fast Track taxis/autos. A caretaker stays on-site and can provide home-cooked food (chargeable). Restaurants and delivery (Zomato, Swiggy) are available nearby. Guests can use common areas: living room, dining area, terrace, washing machine, iron box (free). Basic toiletries are provided. Power backup is available for short outages (4–6 hours); heavy electricals won’t function during cuts (minimal outages in the area). Drinking water is available in the common area or kitchens (some rooms have private kitchens). Airport transfers, sightseeing, and currency exchange can be arranged (chargeable). Guest access The property is in a quiet, safe residential area, away from vehicle noise and surrounded by houses. Guests have access to common areas: living room, dining area, parking, terrace, and a washing machine in the common area. Located in southern Chennai, about 8–12 km from the airport, close to MIOT and Sri Ramachandra hospitals.
