The space The small cottage has a living room with pull-out sofa, fireplace and large flat-screen TV, a bedroom with pine wood double bed and a bathroom with infrared cabin, walk-in shower and double sink, dishwasher and washing machine. From the balcony and terrace, which are equipped with garden furniture, our guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain panorama and the surrounding castles Sigmundslust and Mitterhart as well as Freundsberg Castle. Many excursion destinations and top ski resorts are in the immediate vicinity. The Chaletl is equipped with a photovoltaic system, a battery storage system and a heat pump and is therefore energy self-sufficient. This has a positive impact on the environment and the climate, as it does not cause CO2 emissions during heating and hot water preparation. On hot days, the vacation home is cooled to 25 degrees by geothermal energy via underfloor heating and creates a pleasant living environment. Another special feature is the pure and refreshing drinking water from the tap, which comes directly from the source into the vacation home. Internet (WiFi) is free. Linens and towels are provided. A crib can be provided. There are plenty of parking spaces available. Bicycles can be locked in the garage with ski boot dryer. No pets allowed! Other things to note To help our guests enjoy a healthy and relaxing stay, the house has been equipped with pine walls in the bedroom and living room as well as a pine bed. E-bikes can be rented. With the Snow Card Tirol you can explore over 90 ski resorts and 5 glaciers with more than 4,000 kilometers of slopes and 1,100 lifts, all of which are easily accessible from our accommodations.
