Island Oasis is a one story, waterfront, newly renovated home situated in the heart of town. The tour boat docks are directly behind property with a gift shop on site. Restaurant, ice cream/sandwich deck, grocery store, church, museum , etc are all within walking distance. Guests will have full access to home and a nice deck overlooking harbor. The space We do have a 4 person golf cart on property thats available for rent at $50/24 hours, $75/48hours, $100/72 hours. There are also 2 adult and 2 kids bicycles available for guests at no additional charge. Guest access Guests will have access to deck in back. It is encouraged that children wear life vests which are provided. There are tables/chairs, crab pots, minnow pot, crab nets, fishing poles, kayaks and a canoe, and a corn hole game for all to enjoy. Fish usually show up on high water. We also have a grill with charcoal for you to enjoy. Other things to note There is a toddler bed available if needed, just let us know in advance. Just to let you know our mailboat docks right next to property and comes in around 1-2 pm everyday but Sunday, so it would be appreciated if you could stay out of the water and boats until after the crowd settles. It is encouraged, however, that you observe this taking place as the locals gather. There is also a convenient store with basic food items located at the mailboat dock. This would be a good time to check it out and pick up any items you may need.
