Monthly rental, quiet house 12 km from Caen, tastefully decorated, very well equipped and comfortable for 8 people (4 double beds: 1 bed 180, 2 beds 160, 1 bed 140). The space Very pleasant contemporary house to live in, built and furnished with taste and with quality materials and furniture, quiet and spacious, a peaceful haven for your long personal stays or your long-term business trips. I have been renting my house as a vacation rental for 4 years, but I am starting a new project in the south of France in the summer of 2026, hence the long-term rental: monthly stays only. The house is very quiet at night and on weekends (a little traffic during rush hours on weekdays outside of school holidays). Secure access by gate serving a private driveway (4 houses including mine). 30 m2 garage with motorized door. Numerous storage shelves. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom of 25 m² with a bed of 180 x 200, a very large dressing room and 55" TV with Chromecast Wi-Fi for apps (there are no TV channels), 2 teenage bedrooms of 14 m² with beds of 160 x 200, wardrobes and 55" TVs (also with Chromecast = no TV channels); finally there is a 4th "guest" bedroom or small bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 190 equipped with a small dresser and a clothes rack (this room has sliding doors so it is less isolated from noise). All bedrooms are upstairs where there is also a bathroom with corner bath and shower and a separate toilet. A large mezzanine with plenty of storage and a mini bar completes the space. The entire floor is heated by high-performance electric radiators (which are only turned on in case of extreme cold as the house is very well insulated) except for the large bedroom which has underfloor heating. On the ground floor, a large open dining room of 50 m² welcomes you with a 55" Panasonic Oled flat screen TV with Bose sound bar, fiber optic Freebox Pop, Wi-Fi and free Netflix access ("guest" access), wood stove, the purchase of firewood, heating, firelighters and specific cleaning product is the responsibility of the tenant. The small round kitchen table can accommodate 4/5 people, the dining room table has 2 extensions and can easily accommodate 12 guests (13 chairs in all), tablecloths and placemats available. In the extension of the living room (the space is open) is the fitted kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, wine cellar, Tassimo and Senséo coffee machines, kettle, toaster, juice extractor, raclette machine. On the ground floor you will find a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Separate office with a large workspace for 2 people. Separate cloakroom with coat racks and many shoe racks. High-speed WiFi (fiber with repeater) throughout the house. Cellar with washing machine, second refrigerator freezer and cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, mop, broom). The entire ground floor is heated by the floor (heat pump that also provides hot water). IRobot vacuum cleaner on the ground floor. Electric shutters throughout the ground floor and in the 2 bedrooms with access to the balcony. The Velux windows on the floor all have blackout blinds (except the bathroom). Linens and towels provided: 3 bed sets per room and 3 sets of towels per person. Guest towels, tea towels and bath mats provided. The house does not have baby equipment (no high chair, no umbrella bed, no bathtub...) and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Outside you will find a garden with a total area of 800 m², completely enclosed. I accept pets within the limit of 2 per stay provided that you collect their droppings daily in the garden so that the robotic lawnmower can do its job properly. The 70 m² terrace faces southwest (you will have the sun from noon to 8 p.m.), planted and equipped; deckchairs (5 in all plus relaxing armchairs), a dining table for 8 people, parasols and a gas plancha. A small paradise located in a quiet area, outside the subdivision with the city less than 15 minutes away and the woods less than 50 meters away for nice walks. Parking for 3 cars in front of the house, access by secure gate. Other vehicles can park for free outside the property. Carpiquet swimming pool 9 km (12 min), outdoor tennis court next to the town hall of Baron 5 min walk. The Baron woods are a 2-minute walk from the house for wonderful walks. Caen city center 12 km away. Local shops 1 km, supermarket 3 km, Rots (Cora) shopping center 13 km (13 min). Car is strongly recommended if you are staying in the house. Access: Caen ring road 8 km. From Paris: 245 km by car, 2 hours by train from St Lazare station. Caen Carpiquet Airport is 5 km away. Nearest beach Ouistreham 27 km (23 min), landing beaches 30 km (30 min), Caen Memorial 12 km (11 min). Very nice summer resort of Suisse Normande in Clécy 33 km (40 min) with its restaurants by the water and many water activities: swimming, canoeing (descents of 7, 12, 20 km), paddle, pedal boat, motor boat (without license) but also climbing, hiking, horseback riding, hang gliding, bungee jumping (reservation required). Mont St Michel is 122 km away, a 1 hour 15 minute drive. The house is completely NON-SMOKING inside. Guest access Exclusive access to the entire house and outdoors. Electricity, heating, water, TV box and fiber internet included. Other things to note Noise AFTER 10 P.M. and at night is prohibited, no loud parties. FULLY NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION
