The space The home lovingly titled, "The Nerdy Frog" has a full-sized bedroom with a King bed and walk-in closet, and two additional bedrooms both with queen-sized beds. Each bedroom features a Roku TV with Roku Guest ready to go. Remember to bring your passwords! There are two bathrooms, both are open to the main areas. They are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plenty of games available in the living room! A larger TV, seating space for 6 and a small Nerdy Frog in the corner says hello! You will have the space to yourself. The home is around 1200 sqft with 3 bedrooms, a king and 2 queen size beds, and two full bathrooms. The bathrooms are both open to the main areas and not private to any specific bedroom. A limited amount of basic amenities are provided (toilet paper, hand & dish soap), and there are other courtesy supplies (toiletries, cleaning products, paper towels, etc) in the house which you are welcome to use. Should you run out or find you need something, there are several stores close by for supplies. Wine and firewood are not provided, but you can purchase firewood at a local store for the firepit. Open living room and full kitchen with basic cooking and dining items, plenty of empty cabinet space for grocery storage, and counter dining. No local channels or cable/satellite. You can use the Roku TV to sign in to your own accounts (Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, etc). Guest is responsible for signing out of any personal accounts they use. The bathrooms have tub/shower combos. Please be mindful that the bathroom is not equipped with safety features such as non-slip bottom or grab bars. There is a laundry area on site. Please do not invite anyone outside of your group to do laundry in our home. We thoroughly clean & sanitize in between each guest, but we do expect guests to leave the house neat at checkout. To keep our property in good condition, we have a few requests: ★Please keep vehicles on the driveway, do not park, drive or turn around on the grass. ★Refrain from putting up your own decorations or signs in the house or yard. (including seasonal or holiday decor, lights, ornaments, signs, etc) ★ Please be aware that use of certain toiletries/products that are oil-based or contain chemicals such as benzoyl peroxide can cause permanent discoloration on fabric, and we ask that you avoid use of them with towels and bedding. We provide makeup towels for guest usage. Guest access The entire home is available to guest except for the owners closet in the hallway near the kitchen, the owners closet on the porch, and the large storage building in the backyard.
