Hear ye, hear ye! This fun castle-themed room in the heart of Concord is fit for a king. Your keypad-locked room is on the 2nd floor of our historic New England house. Most of the house is locked off, but in addition to their private room, guests will have access to a shared hallway and bathroom. The room includes a queen canopy bed, dresser, closet/desk, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, WiFi, heat/AC, tv, and more. The space Stay in this 14'x10.5' castle-themed bedroom with private keypad lock to... Sleep comfortably on your room's queen-size canopy bed with linens, pillows, and extra blankets. Use your room's white noise machine and air purifier to get things just right. Work remotely on your room's built-in desk and chair using our wifi network (with Fidium's gigabyte service). Store your belongings easily in your room's dresser. We can give access to additional storage by request as well. Eat and drink easily using your room's 2-door mini-fridge/freezer and microwave. You also have access to the hallway with a keurig coffee maker and toaster -- plus plenty of restaurants in comfortable walking distance (including one next door). Control your temperature with your room's radiator heater, window AC, supplemental space heater, and fan. Take a break to enjoy your room's 32” smart hd fire tv, borrow games and reading materials from the shared hallway, or head out to enjoy downtown! When you arrive, you'll use will an additional keypad to enter the side door off of the driveway and head upstairs to the guest space. The upstairs hallway has two other airbnb bedrooms off of it, a shared bathroom, and some resources available for guest use. You're welcome to use the small patio space outside the entrance. This listing is for street parking only, but there is typically plenty of free/unrestricted street parking in the area. Please be aware that because this is an antique New England house, the stairs are relatively steep and narrow. Guest access Guests will have access to the side entrance, upstairs hallway, shared bathroom, and their private bedroom. During your stay This is my mother (Shelly)'s house, but my wife (Amber) and I (McKayne) manage it. We live just a few blocks away, so we're close if something comes up, but otherwise you probably won't see us. Other things to note Street parking only, but it is plentiful and free. Please note that if Concord declares a Winter Storm Event Parking Ban, no street parking in the city is allowed between midnight and 7am. Concord allows free parking in all city parking garages if this happens. There are parking garages at 19 N State St., 17 School St., and 75 Storrs St. If you have to park in a garage, we will try to give you a ride back and forth, but don't guarantee that we will be able to.
