The space Large 1B1B located on a beautiful ranch in a quiet and private neighborhood just minutes from the beach. Cozy and spacious home including a comfortable queen sized bed in a private room, one full sized Murphy bed in a separate space, one full bath, washer/dryer, a large living room area as well as a large kitchen space stocked with all of your cooking essentials. The property sits on 5 acres surrounded by wildlife and horses. Guest access Keypad entry main entrance using the left door facing the house. Other things to note The horses are located in the pasture on the opposite side of the fence. Please do not go inside the horse pasture. There is plenty of space to pet the horses through the fence. Other guests ( campers through Hipcamp) may be present on the property located behind the house in a separate area.
