Cottage on the lake (with kayaks)

Relax and escape to this 3 bedroom 1 full bath cottage. Take advantage of the breathtaking lake views and private waterfront on the charming all sports Muskellunge Lake in Montcalm County, Michigan. Swim or fish in the sandy bottom lake. Gather around a campfire at the water's edge. Use our Kayaks with life jackets provided. Also a public boat launch nearby. Bring your own boat and tie off on our dock or rent a Pontoon boat from a rental company next door. The space Stay 7 or more nights and receive a 10% discount! Newly renovated lake house located 35 minutes from Grand Rapids, Michigan and 20 minutes from Greenville, Michigan. The lake is 134 acres in size. It is approximately 37 feet deep at its deepest point. When fishing, anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Rock Bass, and Yellow Perch. The guests have access to the following: Full Kitchen includes everything needed to enjoy this home away from home. Pots, pans, bakeware, forks, knives, spoons, plates, cups, etc. As well as coffee makers, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Help yourself to pop, water, and snacks. pre-ground coffee and filters provided. Living & Dining room areas provide comfort with large screen HDTV, books, board games, and wifi. Bring your own devices or take a break from your devices! Kick back and relax and enjoy everything that lake living has to offer. Full bathroom with a toilet, shower, vanity, and hair dryer. Three Bedrooms provide comfortable sheets, blankets, and pillows along with extra blankets for extra comfort. Each bedroom has storage for luggage. Two bedrooms offer queen size beds. One bedroom has 2 bunk beds to fit 4 guests. Outside invites you to use 3 Kayaks with life jackets, a gas grill with tools, a fire-pit, Firewood MAY BE available. We try our best to keep firewood on property, but at times a previous guest may have burned through our supply and we were unable to restock before you arrive. So we advise our guests to bring some with them or be prepared to purchase some at the nearby gas station. 4 parking spaces. Enjoy your stay! Hosts welcome communication through Airbnb to help you have a wonderful stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage, not a shared space. Other things to note Please leave kayaks where you found them. Please wash your dishes and leave them drying in the drying rack. Please leave your used/dirty towels in the bath tub. Please strip used bed sheets and leave them balled up at the foot of the bed. Please roll our trash cart up to the road where the gravel meets the asphalt Thursday mornings for trash pick-up. Our trash guy comes by some time Thursday afternoon. Please make some effort to conserve water primarily when showering as it fills up our Septic tank which requires us to have it professionally pumped out based on usage. Feel comfortable to use water as needed, we just ask you to conserve when at all possible. Bag up all your trash and place it in the brown dumpster out by the driveway. We have a guidebook on the kitchen counter that goes over all of this upon arrival. If you have any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to message us!
