Private house set in beautiful countryside

A spacious and generously proportioned detached family house with six bedrooms, games room, cinema room, sitting room, huge kitchen and dining room with large garden, with heated pool and with space for entertaining inside and outside. The house can sleep 10 guests (we have a flat adjoined to property which sleeps an extra two which can be included) with over 5,5000 sq metres set in beautiful countryside but close to amenities. The house is situated in a small village which has a village shop. The space The Space: Attractive entrance with maisonette hallway which leads into a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. This space has patio bifold doors which lead out onto a sizeable patio with outdoor seating, BBQ and sunbathing area. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with built in fridge freezer, dishwasher (two), everhot range, large double sink, Sage coffee machine, toaster, larder, microwave, hot tap. Fully equipped with crockery, glassware (separate glass cupboard just next to kitchen in hallway with drinks fridge), glassware and cutlery. Bar stools under kitchen island. Dining: Large dining table which extends to seat 12 people. Bifold doors open to patio and outside seating. Sitting Area: Large modern tv, large L shaped sofa, surround Sonos. Sitting room: Smarter sitting area with two velvet blue sofas, armchair, rugs, log fire. Downstairs Loo: Extra loo roll can be found in the airing cupboard on the upstairs landing. Laundry room: Washing machine, Tumble dryer, double sink, hanging rails for drying as well as airing cupboard (behind the door). Chest freezer for extra storage of any frozen food. Cinema room: Sizeable L shaped sofa with tv for video games/cinema watching. Also good space for being able to relax away from main kitchen/sitting room area. Upstairs: Master bedroom and Ensuite bathroom: Large super kind bed with bedside tables, dressing table. Two adjoined dressing rooms with storage. Large bathroom ensuite with large bath, loo, double sinks and large walk in shower. (over head shower and hand held shower). Bath also has a shower attachment. Whole area is accessed by a small hallway with a door which can be shut to give you privacy from rest of house. Bed 2: 1 x super king with bedside tables, small table and chair and built in wardrobes. Beautiful views over garden and pool. Small ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Bed 3: Large double bed with bed side table and open shelving. Wardrobe and chest of drawers. Room is situated top of stairs. Bed 4: Double bed with bedside table. Small table and build in cupboards. Bed 5: Single bed with bedside table. Bed 6: Very pretty room at far end of house with single bed, bedside tables and built in cupboards. This room is next to the children's bathroom. Bathroom: Sizeable children's bathroom with bath and shower and loo. Lighting comes on automatically - light sensors. Heated towel rail. Guest access Full private access to house and garden and all facilities. Note some rooms (office and drinks cabinet and one of dressing rooms) will be locked. Other things to note Owners are contactable via email and phone. Local contact also provided. Cleaning and laundry services for weekly rentals and longer rentals. There is a short zip wire in the garden. We would ask that you are very careful and use this at your own risk - children under the age of 12 should not go on this. We would also ask that you use the pool responsibly and at your own risk. We would ask that you help with watering the garden if it is very hot! There are exterior security lights on property and an alarm system which we can walk you through. Wifi throughout.
