Come stay in this unique, custom tiny home nestled near our barn and organic garden. Walk on the mowed paths in our back field, take a dip in Cayuta Creek. Meander down the road to visit Eves Cidery. If you like road biking or running, this is the place. Pick fresh organic veggies from the garden or a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Maybe you’ll catch a glimpse of the resident bald eagle or great blue heron. Star gaze with a glass of cider at night. It’s waiting for you. *composting toilet! Our Tiny House is situated near our garden, behind our barn and approx 200’ from our home.. there is a big willow tree to provide ample privacy. This is a larger than normal tiny house in that it has 2 sleeping lofts and 360 sq ft. In one loft there is 1 twin bed and in the other a queen bed. Both lofts are accessed by relatively steep steps with a sturdy railing. They are both relatively open to below, so it is not an ideal space for babies/small children. Below the lofts the max head room is ~5’10. The living room area has benches and lots of pillows for lounging and enjoying the TV. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, a propane stove top, a Ninja oven/toaster/air fryer (big enough for 12” pizza) and spices/olive oil as well as sugar, flour, honey, and various teas There is a small table that can be extended for more eating /work space and 4 wooden stools. In the winter it is heated by a propane furnace and in the summer there is a window AC unit. There is a small shower and a composting toilet in the bathroom. There are instructions for its use in the bathroom, the most important of which is to monitor urine vessel so that it doesn't overflow, I can empty this (and can show you too if you'd prefer more privacy). It’s a really awesome system and option for a home on the go. There is an outdoor space with lights, fire pit, Adirondack chairs and a cooler. You can purchase a bundle of firewood for $10 There are several books, a few games, towels/wash clothes, plenty of cleaning supplies, shampoo/body wash and various other items you may need in the bathroom. We also have extra blankets, 2 small fans, small room heater and and iron. If you need something that is not in the house let me know and I can help you out! There is a trampoline with safety net available for guest use too! Please pull into the parking space by big red barn, a traffic cone will be there to pull up to. There is a red wagon you can use to schlep your items to the tiny house. Walk to the south (back) of the barn and the tiny house will be there, door open and lights on to welcome you. The tiny house is situated near a beautiful flower/vegetable garden (not much growing until late June) as well as our beautiful back field that has a mowed walking path around it. The stocked Cayuta Creek runs through the property and is a great place to explore. 1/4 mile down the road is our family and creators of Eve’s Cidery.
