Pine Studio - Cozy, Modern, 5 min from Belleayre

At the end of a private dirt road, lies Pine Studio. It has its own entrance while being attached to the main house. It's a peaceful space with trees and mountains all around while also having modern comforts such as Wifi, Sonos and a Samsung "The Frame" TV with Netflix etc. The space is located 5’ from Bellayre mountain and close to several beautiful hikes! Guests also have access to a private tree house. You may see a deer or two, bunnies, groundhogs, hummingbirds… The space Pine Studio is located above the garage and is attached to the main house but has its own entrance. There are no shared walls between the studio and the house. The space is cozy and modern with a well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), Sonos and a smart TV with Netflix etc. It has a king sized bed and a desk area with high speed Wifi. Guests also get access to a private tree house where they can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while soaking in the Mountain Views. Guest access Guests have access to the studio through a separate entrance (we might occasionally go through the entranceway to access the garage but the space is yours otherwise). Guests also have access to a private tree house situated 100 ft from the studio down a short dirt path. A 6 ft wooden ladder is used to access the tree house which has 2 chairs, a picnic table and mountain views.
