The space Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom house nestled in the heart of Abilene, Texas, on Forrest Ave. This inviting home is perfect for families or groups seeking a comfortable stay. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, boasting memory foam mattresses for a restful night's sleep. Two rooms feature 14-inch memory foam king beds, while another bedroom offers a cozy combination of a 12-inch memory foam queen and an 8-inch memory foam twin. The living area is designed for relaxation, providing a generous space for everyone to unwind. The separate kitchen and dining area are fully equipped, encouraging shared meals and memorable conversations. A laundry room adds convenience to your stay. It’s a neighborhood that is being worked on. This means that there are remodeled homes next to older homes, lots of strays, and lots construction. Roads are not in the best shape. Some houses might look overgrown, some houses look abandoned. It’s in the city, so please expect noise sometimes. This is NOT a luxurious neighborhood, but an up and coming neighborhood. We chose this area because it's super close to the hospitals and universities, central to everything else, and recent developments are making this area better and better every day. I've stayed in this area, along with many other guests and we have cameras all around the outside and have not noticed any suspicious activities. Please DO NOT book our space if you read this and are uncomfortable with this and then give us a bad review for location. Other things to note The guest at the apartment may access the backyard every now and again to access their washer and dryer in the garage. We'll try to let you know each time, but just in case, please know that this is a possibility. As you prepare to check out, we'd like to share our simple and considerate check-out process with you: ➽ Optional (if time allows): ➣ Feel free to strip the sheets and pillowcases and toss them in the washer. If you can start a load, that would be fantastic! No need to wait for it to finish. ➣ If you have the chance, throw any used towels in the washer as well. If there's no room, place them beside the washer. ➣ Kindly ensure all dishes are washed or popped into the dishwasher. You're welcome to start it, but no worries if there's nothing to wash. ➽ Required: ➣ Before bidding farewell, please switch off all lights and TV ➣ A gentle reminder to clean up after your adorable pets. Leaving the yard poop-free ensures a happy environment for everyone. If our cleaners have to handle it, there's a small extra fee of $50. ➣ Double-check that you've gathered all your personal items. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for any misplaced belongings or arrange for shipping. ➣ Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. ➣ Make sure to close and lock all windows and doors securely. ➣ Before you leave, be sure every door is locked.
