Welcome to this large room in my "mansion", designated historic by the city. Note there are uncompleted restoration details, overwhelmed by general charm and comfort. Enjoy the desk and office chair. Partake of the amenities in the upper foyer with full fridge and more. My cats tolerate your pets. I also have a dog who is fenced away from you. Aardvark Acres is for sale. Probably won't go soon. You may be asked to allow a glimpse of your room by prospective buyers, but no entries! Guest access Guests are welcome in the downstairs kitchen, living room, and laundry. You are also welcome to the spacious porch with BBQ grill. During your stay You set the tone. We'll chat your ears off or leave you alone, as you wish. Other things to note This is an old mansion under slow restoration. If unfinished ceilings or the occasional small hole in the wall disturb you, this is not the place to book. That said, Aardvark Acres is clean and safe.
