Wifi, smart TV with Netflix, crave etc, gas fireplace, dishwasher, gas bbq, ice maker, dishes, linens, puzzles and games included. Close access to golf course (3 min drive) and beaches (Waskateena 5 min drive). Boat launch & marina with daily/weekend slips for a fee nearby. Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, skating for winter months. The space Spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with large island. Large bedrooms, master has attached ensuite with beautiful walk-in shower. Private deck, screened porch with patio furniture and view of scenic forest. Firepit area in the back with chairs and firewood. Guest access No access to garage. Other things to note No pets and no smoking. No large parties or excessive noise. Please be respectful of our neighbours. Cabin has non potable water. We have culligan machine (one refill included) and water jug available to use. Culligan refills are offered at the nearby Esso. Please be mindful of the amount of water you are using as we have a water and septic tank.
