This is the ideal base to discover Dorset's Jurassic Coast, it's beautiful beaches and coves, or the ancient monuments of Corfe Castle and Badbury Rings, perfect for walking, cycling & exploring. The space The property is a listed building so don't expect sparkly new but it is comfortable, clean, spacious & quiet. The rooms are over multiple levels, which may be challenging for anyone with mobility difficulties, or small children. You enter via an old workshop, the perfect entrance hall as it offers ample room for wet coats, boots & bikes etc Then step down into a spacious and well equipped kitchen, full cooker, hob, under counter fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, slow cooker & Freesat TV. (plus pots & pans galore). The snug is a great place to relax or watch a movie, there is dvd player and a great range of films to suit all ages. There are also some old school board games and cards. 2 lovely comfortable double bedrooms, with top quality bedding and big fluffy towels. The master bedroom has a beautiful sleigh bed & a single sofa/day bed (suitable for a child only). The family bathroom has a bath & electric shower over, and there is a separate WC across the hall. Up stairs is a dedicated work space/reading room with a built in corner desk & a good sized mixed library & additional seating. To the rear the pretty & private court yard awaits you, perfect to sip your morning coffee, or unwind with a glass of wine under the gazebo. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Guest access The guests have full access to the entrance hall, kitchen, snug, bedrooms, bathroom & wc, office, and court yard. Other things to note We offer a travel cot/playpen, high chair, baby bath and baby bouncer, & changing mat which can be requested.
