Our 4-person vacation bungalow was completely renovated by us in 2022. It is a lovely, complete, comfortable home and equipped with every comfort. We have also met the most current energy-efficient conditions. We provide a carefree vacation feeling. The house is located on a spacious plot in a very relaxed environment. The terrace is spacious in design and chairs and sunbeds are available in abundance. Should there be any other wishes, we will accommodate them very quickly. The space There is a spacious living room with a complete open kitchen (dishwasher, oven and induction cooktop) and a separate living and sitting area. In the extension on the ground floor, a modern bathroom has been created (made of concrete cire) and equipped with a toilet, double sink and rain shower. There is a lockable storage room with a washer/dryer combination and a 2nd refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the storage room, there is also space for storing 3 bicycles, which you can also charge here. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, and this also applies to the 2nd floor (including sink). The private Ziggo connection provides a stable WiFi connection and ensures that you can enjoy the available SMART TV to the fullest. There is also air conditioning. The outdoor terrace (35 m2) is south-facing but also has a shaded area. At the back, there is also a private lawn. We make sure that the house is super clean on arrival, the beds are made, bath linen and hand and tea towels are sufficiently available. This also applies to garbage bags, coffee and tea, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. Manon will personally welcome you or put the key in the lockbox and greet you at a later time. Guest access Guests are welcome everywhere. There are no restrictions. Other things to note You will be staying in a wooded area, "Groenpark Simpelveld", in the middle of the South Limburg Heuvelland. This location gives you the opportunity to go hiking in our beautiful hills and/or to go out with your (racing) bike or mountain bike and enjoy the many views. In addition, you can visit cozy places such as Valkenburg, Heerlen, Maastricht and Aachen within a travel distance of 20 minutes. Also worth visiting are, for example, Gaiazoo zoo, museums (Continium, Thermenmuseum), indoor ski slope SnowWorld and Botanical garden Mondo Verde. Within half an hour, you'll also be in Belgium.
