The space Apto 2 bedrooms, both have ceiling fans, 1 bedroom has a queen double bed with comfortable mattress, in the single room 1 bed to the other auxiliary, comfortable mattresses, and tbm has a desk and a comfortable armchair for those who work Home Office, bathroom with Box, dining room with 4 seater, very cozy TV room, with a comfortable retractable sofa and a ceiling fan, tda furnished kitchen with kitchenware, with cooktop floor, refrigerator, microwave and water purifier, laundry room with washing machine, a low foot, with a gorgeous palm vase.🌴 Guest access The playground is in renovations, so it cannot be used. Other things to note One (1) vehicles are allowed in the garage without cover, the maximum limit of guests 4 (four) people among adults and children, external cameras in the condominium, monitored 24 hours for the security of the condominium,Checkin and Checko-ut digital. In the accommodation (No) it is allowed to receive visits within the condominium, I request the understanding of each guest, to have a quiet accommodation 🚫 Smoking is extremely prohibited inside the apartment, as it has a smoke detector and can trigger!
