Lovely oasis in south London

Comfortable, clean and modern garden flat with roof terrace. Located in leafy Herne Hill, with nearby rail station/buses and close to Brixton. I live in the flat alone and you’ll have private use of the bedroom with king size bed, while I’ll sleep in the lounge. I’m relaxed and love meeting new people, and look forward to sharing my flat. Happy to socialise, but no obligation. Check-in time depends whether I’m in the office, so ask about earlier times. LGBTQ+ friendly :) The space My flat has one bedroom, so you’ll have private use of the bedroom. Personal use of bedside drawers. No use of wardrobe, but hangers available to hang clothes on door hooks. Soft towels provided and shampoo/conditioner/soap. Although I’ll sleep in the open plan lounge/kitchen, you’ll generally have access to this area when I’m not sleeping. Guest access Private use of the bedroom and shared bathroom. The lounge/kitchen is a shared space and guests are welcome to use, but access will be limited at times (eg. overnight or occasionally if have meetings if working from home). Kitchen use generally limited to microwave and kettle, but let me know if you need further use. During your stay You can get in touch at anytime using my contact details. I may be around to hang out together during your stay, but there’s no obligation. Always happy to suggest/recommend places to visit. Other things to note The bedroom and bathroom are both accessed from the entrance hall. Flat located on lower ground floor adjacent to railway, but screened from trains by vegetation and doubled glazed doors offer excellent noise insulation when closed.
