Other things to note -Please note that parking is free on the street in front of the building-apartment does not have a driveway to park in. -The building does have A/C but the controls are in the main floor apartment. -Please note this an entire apartment inside a house, containing 2 separate apartments. -No smoking or pets inside unit -Please no outside shoes on in the apartment -Apartment is stocked with a starting amount of supplies, for extended stays, guests will need to purchase their own supplies above what is originally provided (ie. toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc) -Security cameras are present outside to monitor the yard and driveway
