New wooden house in nature - close to sandy beach.

Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks The space Vores sommerhus er nyt velisoleret træhus bygget på en stor naturgrund og tæt på den skønneste sandstrand og hvide sandklitter. I huset er der et køkken alrum med vinduer mod både, øst, syd og vest, så du har lys hele dagen. De store vinduespartier vender mod syd-vest, så du har aftensolen. Der er I huset 2 værelser. Et med dobbelseng med elevationsmulighed, og et med børnesenge og trappe til hems, hvor der er madrasser til en dobbeltseng. I vores hyggelige opvarmede anneks (kaldt jordbærhytten) finder du en dobbeltseng, skrivebordsplads og gulvplads til både børnesenge eller en dobbelt luftmadras, som også ligger derover, og som kan pustes op elektronisk og nemt. Der er også mulighed for at låne børne/babyseng fold ud seng og højstol. Vær opmærksom på, at I selv skal medbringe dynetøj, lagner og håndklæder. Opvarmningen er gennem varmepumpe og radiatorer. Forbrug af El og vand afregnes ved afrejse ved afmåling på måler. 3 kr per brugt Kwh enten kontant eller som digital overførsel. Ingen fester, ungdomsbookinger eller rygning i dette hus tak. ....................................................... English version: We have a charming and newly built beach house on a big nature ground with 2 bedrooms, open kitchen and living room. The is a view towards south -west, so you have the light in all day. There is a master bedroom + guest room. The guest room also have stairs to an attic where two persons also can sleep. Additionally we have a small cottage in the garden that our son have named 'the strawberry cottage' (jordbærhytten in Danish) You can borrow baby bed (pack&play) if needed as well as baby chair and high chairs for children 2-5 years old. Please notice that you need to bring your own towels, sheets and bedding as well as tee towels etc. We will provide duvets and pillows (Please write us if this is not possible, and we can maybe find a rent solution). The house is well-isolated and is comfortable all year. There is a heating pump and radiators.
