“We fell in love with this property because it’s so close to biking and hiking trails, and 10 minutes from the University of Arkansas!” – The Shelbourne Family, Owners Looking to see the Hogs win, attend a big mountain biking race, or just experience all that the NWA has to offer? You’ll want to stay at Hog Heaven on our Endless Adventures property! We’re 10 minutes from Razorback Stadium & Dickson Street in downtown Fayetteville and only 8 minutes from Kessler Mountain & Centennial Park. Hog Heaven really is heavenly. It’s a separate 2-story home attached to the main structure on this 4-1/2 acre property, and although it shares a wall, it has been designed to have its own private entrance and outdoor patio. Beautiful stonework and architectural elements salvaged from the original farm blend seamlessly here to create a space at once charming and historic and also fully renovated with every amenity. “Great spot to stay, the host does the little things right!” – Ian, ‘22 The charming eat-in kitchen opens to a living room with gorgeous stonework details and its own unique reader’s niche which can double as a private vanity space - or a wine bar - when needed! The cozy couch is actually a deluxe memory foam sleeper sofa, so sleeping four at Hog Heaven is easy. Off the living room is a complete full bathroom, so now even easier, with a world-class rainfall shower! “Shower was the best ever. I'm not normally a fan of pull out couch beds but this was one of the best I've slept on.” – William, ‘22 And up one of the most creative staircases ever, Go Razorbacks!, is the lovely loft bedroom – a spacious queen with lots of light and its own quirky niches, including a very clever laundry area. “Very clean, awesomely decorated, with all the creature comforts and a beautiful shower!” – Jeanne, ‘22 • Queen Loft Bedroom • Pull-out Queen Sleeper Sofa • Full Bathroom with Rain Shower! “The house was so very new and clean and well done…The shower was amazing. So much so that I may have to install the same one in our house, Ha!” – Robert, ‘22 OUTDOORS: This is the place to hang out and tell stories about the adventures of the day! You can enjoy wonderful views relaxing on the shaded patio, or stroll up to the pond to sit among the trees! Continue past it on down a trail and explore the entire property! Note: Endless Adventures has its own top-of-the-line bike storage barn and, coming soon, a shared bike repair area as well. • Bike Repair Area (coming soon) • Bike Storage Barn • Bridge • Firepit (coming soon) • Pond • Seating Area • Trails on Property “The property behind the house is so peaceful and the seating areas outside are lovely. We didn’t have time for the trails, but that’s a nice advantage. And, it’s still only about 10 minutes to the UofA stadium!” – Lorin, ‘22 The Endless Adventures property is comprised of 3 unique stays: The Last Call (sleeps 8), Hog Heaven (sleeps 4) and The Hideaway (sleeps 2), which can be booked separately or booked together as one unit! You have access to the entirety of your booked home and its designated outside space, and your parking area. Just contact us if you will need additional parking, we’ve got you. You can also use the bike barn (for repairs and storage), the garden area, the large grassy yard (ask us about volleyball!), the firepit (coming soon), the stocked pond and the hiking/biking trails behind it. These are Endless Adventures common areas so other guests also on the property will have access to them as well. “Great location away from the busyness of UofA, yet close enough to be there in a short drive!” - Hannah, ‘22 Northwest Arkansas is a mecca for outdoor activities such as hiking and white-water rafting and it’s a global destination for mountain biking! It’s also the home of the historic towns of Fayetteville and Bentonville - and the Arkansas Razorbacks! Woo Pig Sooie! There’s also great food and drink so don’t miss a trek down a different kind of trail - the Fayetteville Ale Trail! There’s also a vibrant art scene, serious antiquing, and all the charm unique to this area. The only problem is there may not be enough hours in your day to experience the endless adventures of the NWA! • Briar Rose Bakery & Deli • Fayetteville Ale Trail • Mr.Taco Loco • The Deli at Arsaga’s Mill District Activities: • Bud Walton Arena • Centennial Park • Devil’s Den State Park • Dickson Street • Historic Downtown Fayetteville • Kessler Mountain • Razorback Greenway • Reynolds Razorback Stadium • Terra Studios • University of Arkansas Further afield: • Beaver Lake • Bentonville • Clinton House • Crystal Bridges Museum • Siloam Springs Kayak Park • Walmart Museum Endless Adventures is located 1.5 blocks from a railroad track. There is occasionally a train that comes by after 10pm, and randomly around 4:30 or 5am. Earplugs are provided for any of our lighter sleeping guests!
