Our home has a dishwasher and cleaning supplies in the kitchen for your use. Also, if you move furnishings, then please return them to their original places before you check-out. • No Smoking Indoors (Smoking Policy): Please do not smoke inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside of the house. Please properly dispose of butts/debris. Quiet Time (Noise Policy): We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand that the town has noise ordinance laws: quiet time after 10pm. We ask that you do not stay out on the patio past 10pm because noise travels easily outdoors and our neighbors would appreciate your general courtesy during quiet time. Please, no rude or disrespectful behavior. • Additional People (Non-listed Guest Policy): People other than those listed in guest reservation are not permitted on the property without our prior written approval. • Fireplace Policy: The fireplace is not functional and cannot be used during the visit. The home is privately owned. The host/owner/agent(s) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
