Through this listing you will be booking only one of the houses, Casa Mariana, with the outdoor space and swimming pool shared with other guests. The property features parking and bicycles so you can make beautiful walks around the villa. The space Casa Mariana is equipped with a kitchen, living room, television, appliances and air conditioning. It has a double bed and one bunk bed for two people. The space is wide, it has no partitions for the bedroom. The outdoor space, garden, swimming pool and barbecue is shared with Casa Marta guests, each house has an outdoor table for your exclusive use. Other things to note The swimming pool is not prohibited by which we ask for the utmost attention not to leave children unattended in the outer space. Important Information – Municipal Tourist Tax According to the regulations in force, all guests are subject to the payment of the Municipal Tourist Tax, which will be charged before arrival. The fee is: €1 per night, per guest, from October 31 to May 1 (low season) €1.50 per night, per guest, from May 1 to October 31 (high season) This is a legal obligation applicable to all stays in the municipality.
