Located 6 miles from Williams Brice Stadium, 5 miles from Fort Jackson, and 6 miles from the heart of downtown Columbia, this cute 2 BR 2.5 BA is the perfect location for your trip. Target & Walmart and plenty of restaurants are also minutes away. The main floor is open concept with kitchen, small dining space, living room with fireplace and a half bath. Upstairs you will find 2 private queen bedroom suites with private baths. Garage access is included but only recommended for compact cars. The space This is a single-family 2-story house with the living areas, half bath and a small private fenced-in backyard on the first floor and both private bedroom suites and laundry upstairs. The open floor plan main level has a classic style kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for your use. The kitchen island has seating for 3 and the dining table has seating for 2 that expands to 4. The living room has a leather sofa and recliner and RokuTV that you may use to log in and out of your personal streaming services. There is a satellite so some local cable channels are accessible. Upstairs you will find two private bedroom suites and a separate laundry area off of the main hallway. The master bedroom suite is spacious and has a TV with firestick, private bathroom (shower, toilet room, & double sink vanity). The second bedroom suite has a TV w/ firestick, and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Garment racks are available in both rooms. There is a washer and dryer in a closet area upstairs that guests are welcome to use during their stay. The main entry point is at the front door. The garage will be accessible but will have no remote. You will need to use the button in the garage to open/close. Please keep the sliding glass door locked that leads out to the back yard in the living area when not using. We provide enough supplies to get you started, but if you are an extended stay or plan to be at the house for the majority of the time, you may need to supplement. No worries, Target, Food Lion, and a Walmart Supercenter are all within a short 10-minute drive from the house. Guest access You will have access to every space. Other things to note Navigating and parking in the neighborhood can be extremely tight. NO street parking except in marked parking spaces. If needed, there is overflow parking at the pool. It is a short, well-lit walk from the house. Any HOA fees will be passed down to guest. Absolutely no pets. House rule violations can carry an additional fee to discretion of host.
