If you are in San Angelo for business or pleasure, you will enjoy high speed internet, and ample space to relax or work. The space Two-story lakefront house with stunning views from almost every window. Comfortably sleeps 8. There is an office that can be used with an air mattress if an extra bed is needed. Bring your boat and park it in the boat dock. The large dock is also a great place to fish. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset. There is a swing set for the kiddos to play. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of fun in the sun. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property. Large floating mat, kayak, hammock, and wifi speakers are available to help you enjoy your stay. Other things to note You will not have access to the garage in this property. Children under 14 must wear a life vest when on the dock for the safety. We have a variety of sizes or bring your own. Guests must be over 30 years old to rent this property. There is a 10 person maximum on this home. If you are in violation of this RULE, you will be evicted without refund.
