Nearby off-site parking (~100m away) offers free unrestricted street parking. • Please always follow local signs and parking rules. Guest access 🔑 Guest Access Guests have full access to: • A private keyless entrance on the ground floor, located at the side of the house (no stairs!) • A private bedroom with a lock, furnished with a double bed • Shared spaces, including: • Kitchenette • Bathroom • Washer & dryer • Dining area • One outdoor parking space on the property (shared and first-come, first-served) During your stay 👤 Host & Housekeeping Info The host lives on the other side of the house but will not enter your private space during your stay — your privacy is fully respected. 🧼 Cleaning & Supplies: • A one-time cleaning fee is included to prepare the unit before your arrival. • Additional housekeeping during your stay can be arranged for an extra cost — please inquire at the time of booking if you’d like this service. • We do not restock or refill supplies during your stay. 🧹 Shared Area Notice Occasionally, our cleaner may access only the shared areas (kitchenette, bathroom, or dining space) to prepare for the next guest in the second bedroom. This will be done with care and minimal disruption, and your private bedroom will never be accessed.
