Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Guest access You can use the condo unit exclusively for you. 1. Kitchen - you can cook your meal, rice cooker, kettle and cookware are provided. Can store food in the refrigerator. 2. Dining - you can use the diningware, and wash the dishes. 3. Toilet and Bath - hot and cold shower and automatic washer. 4. Living - with smart tv and netflix. 5. Bedroom - double size bed, and portion of cabinet. Extra mattress for 3rd and 4th guest. Amenity which are not part of the unit. 1. Swimming pool - there is a fee for swimming pool use to be paid at the condo admin office prior to use. You may inform us if you are going to use the swimming pool. Admin office is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and closed during Sundays and Holidays. 2. Parking - there is a pay parking located in the nearby Tower of Shore Residences. Other things to note We require a copy of IDs of all guests for check in authorization processing prior to your arrival. You can send it on the messaging thread upon booking confirmation. You must present your ID at the lobby reception upon check in. Any one of the guests may be required to leave their ID at the reception during their stay.
