The unit is in the amenities floor so you have access to a dedicated lift, the pool area, the garden and the best view of the city. The space A copy of a valid ID is required by the condominium for each guest. These need to be submitted the soonest time possible. Because I will have to make an authorization request for all incoming guests and the building admin needs to approve it. Please note that only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit overnight. It is also important to note that Jazz is a residential condominium. The residents are sensitive to noise because this is their home. Please keep the noise to a minimum, especially on the balcony. Penalties may be imposed by the condominium security if there is a complaint. The unit is a 27sqm one-bedroom with a balcony that is well-equipped for short and long-term stays. It can comfortably accommodate two adults. Weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied. Enjoy convenience as the condo sits on top of a mall with various restaurants, coffee shops, a supermarket, and a bank (BDO). The unit is on the 6th-floor amenities level and has a balcony with a great view of the Makati Skyline so you won’t feel cramped in the space. You can go out to the garden or on your balcony and have a bottle of cold beer while watching the city come alive at night! We have a 40" HD TV with Firestick so you have access to NETFLIX and Youtube for you to enjoy. The internet connection is Sky Fiber Unlimited Broadband plan with a speed of 30mbps. The kitchen has complete sets of drinking cups, utensils, plates, and bowls for two. There's a pan, a pot, a water kettle, rice cooker, knife, electric stove, hood range, microwave, and refrigerator. We also provide dishwashing liquid and a cleaning sponge. You are allowed to do light cooking but avoid those with a very strong odor. We may charge you an additional fee if food odor is obvious after check-out since it will require additional cleaning, disinfection, and compensation for the next guest. Guest access The swimming pool has a fee of P150 (P300 on Public Holidays) per person per day. As per Jazz Residences policy, only two persons per unit at a time are allowed to use the pool. It is open from 6am to 10pm but closed on Mondays due to cleaning. Swimming vouchers can be purchased at the admin office on the 2F from Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) and Saturday (9am to 12nn). We don't have an available parking slot for rent. Jazz Mall has commercial parking available on the GF and 2F of the building on a first-come-first-served basis. We suggest the 2F parking since it has direct access to the condo's 2nd floor lobby. The rate is P60 for the first two hours then P20 per hour after. An overnight fee of P300 is added on top of the hourly rate. Other things to note After you've check-in. One of Jazz condo’s security policies is that a government photo ID is required to be left with the reception during your stay. In exchange, you will be given an RFID access card that you will use to enter the condo premises and amenities deck. You may claim your ID upon check-out and return the RFID card. Penalties will be imposed if the RFID card is lost. They will also take your photo on the spot at the reception.
