The space A well loved 70's home nestled with bush/greenery out the back and stunning sea views out the front...splashes of colour including a 70's style carpet, beautiful native timber, lots of natural light, grassy back section, plum, tangelo and apricot trees, and some quirky touches from the hosts' travels. The property has a concrete driveway with outdoor parking for two vehicles and and "carport" style parking for one vehicle. An internal staircase takes you to all the living spaces upstairs. Abundance of bird life especially at dawn and dusk, especially friendly Tui and Kereru (wood pigeon). Guest access All of the upstairs part of the house - the 3 bedrooms, the lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, decks ...ie the whole living spaces of the house (but not the downstairs garage/private storage areas). Outdoor spaces front and back of property. Other things to note We are on tank water - it's lovely filtered drinking water, so enjoy! Be aware of the need to turn off taps when not using, to conserve water. There's an old unused spa pool at the back deck - please note it does not work - it is now a decorative space for plants and decorative items
