Thoughtful touches such as premium mattresses, feather-filled sofas and a Nespresso coffee machine create a warm, welcoming space to unwind after a day by the sea. **Bedrooms** The master bedroom features a luxurious super king-size bed (180cm) from Dreams Nature’s Finest, along with a queen-size John Lewis sofa bed, ideal for two children or one adult. The second bedroom is fitted with two Simba Hybrid mattresses, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all guests. **Outdoor Living** Make the most of the south-facing patio — a private, enclosed space perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sun or evening drinks. With a Weber gas BBQ, parasol and comfortable reclining chairs, it’s ideal for relaxed alfresco dining. **Work-Friendly** For those needing to stay connected, there’s a dedicated workspace with desk, fast Wi-Fi and, of course, a Nespresso machine to keep you going. **Parking** A carport is available for loading and unloading (up to 30 minutes, as neighbours have right of way). On-street parking is available on nearby streets. **Family-Friendly** Perfect for families, the home is well set up for little ones ( we have 3 little ones between the age of 5yo and 6months old!). The enclosed patio offers a safe outdoor space, and inside you’ll find toys, books and child-friendly furniture. A travel cot (bring your own linen), high chair, changing mat, potty and stair gates on each floor are all provided for convenience and peace of mind. Just a one-minute walk away, there’s a public playground — perfect for letting the kids burn off some energy while you enjoy everything Whitstable has to offer. Although we charge a £15 pet fee, if there is additional evidence of damage or extra cleaning such as dog hairs and other mess, you will be charged. For your security, there is a Ring doorbell installed at the front door. This device only monitors the exterior entrance.
