In this AIR-CONDITIONED house (Air conditioners were installed in February '25) in this secure site, which is a few hundred meters from the sea, you can enjoy the sea, sun and nature in peace and have a good holiday. Everything you may need during your vacation is available in the house. (Air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machines, TV, toaster, iron and kitchen utensils) IMPORTANT NOTE: THE POOL IS CLOSED during the 2025 season!!! - PLEASE WRITE FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS… The space I ask my guests who will use my house; Please take care to use it as if it were your own home… And I hope that you will not leave food etc. in the refrigerator before you leave, and that you will leave the house tidy, clean and ready for the next guests. Some guests who want to rent my house either don't want to come when they hear that the pool is closed, or if they have made a reservation, they cancel it... (For example, a family planning to go on a seaside holiday from Ankara was able to cancel their reservation because they preferred the chlorinated water of the pool to the salty water of the sea...!?)
