Guest Suite with Hot Tub - Edge of the Wild

Whether you're seeking adventure or peace, this is your perfect basecamp. The space Guests will enjoy a comfortable stay in a private Guest Suite with a separate entrance. The suite includes a king bedroom, a queen bedroom*, a private bathroom, a large living room, a scenic deck, a patio, and a bar/kitchenette. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub, and take advantage of your driveway parking spot. Light continental breakfast, snacks, and bottled water are included in your stay. Parking: There is one driveway parking spot available for guest vehicles. Noise Considerations: As we’re in a residential neighborhood, please be mindful of noise levels. Outdoor activities should quiet down by 11 p.m., including loud conversations or music. *For smaller reservations, we assume that one or two guests will share the king bedroom, and the queen bedroom is not needed. If you book for two and require the queen bedroom, please let us know ahead of time. For reservations with three or more guests, the queen bedroom will be ready for use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Guest Suite. There is a private entrance to the unit. The reservation includes parking in the driveway, which has one designated spot for guest vehicles. Please note that the driveway is sloped and can be slippery during winter. For your safety, we recommend an all-wheel-drive (AWD) or four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle during snowy or icy conditions. Other things to note Our property is located on the edge of town, offering a peaceful retreat while still being centrally located. We’re just a short drive from downtown Eagle River, Tikahtnu Shopping Center, and downtown Anchorage. Easy day trips to stunning spots like Eklutna Lake, Hatcher’s Pass, Arctic Valley, Matsu Valley, and Girdwood are all within reach. State parks and other outdoor adventures are just minutes away, giving you endless opportunities to explore Alaska. This is the perfect place to unwind and recharge between your Alaskan adventures.
