Beach front corner unit in the gated community of La Jolla Del Mar, Rosarito, Mexico. Great feature for this unit is the privacy- people on other balconies cannot look into this unit and you cannot see others while you are inside the unit or on the balcony. Second bedroom has two outside facing windows, which is only found on corner units. The complex has 3 pools, 3 jacuzzies, a beautiful sandy beach, secured parking and is a 5-minute drive to downtown Rosarito. The space La Jolla del Mar consists of two towers - 15 stories each. This unit has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is located on the 13th and 14th floors. The master bedroom, living room and dining room face the ocean. There is a three story parking garage in the complex and you must be registered and pass through a security gate to enter. Guest access Registered guests are allowed to use all pools and jacuzzis. Children are not permitted in the jaccuzzis and one of the pools is for adults only. There is a gate that leads to the sandy beach - you need to walk down a flight of stairs to reach the beach - there is no wheelchair access to the beach. Exercise room is for owners only. Other things to note The HOA requires a payment 6 dollars a guest when you enter and a $25.00 fee for parking. This covers the entire stay.
