Private Guest Suite: Midwest Charm & Sunset Views!

Private guest suite situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood with beautiful sunset views. 10-15 min drive to U of I campus. Equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room, 55" TV with streaming apps, dedicated workspace, high speed Wi-Fi, coffee maker, grill, and pergola. Perfect for study, work, or to visit family in town. Only the outdoor spaces are shared with us - we are a young couple early in our professional careers and love to meet new people. The space The guest suite is a mother in law suite attached to a single family home . You’ll have your own private entrance, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, living and kitchen area. The only space shared with the hosts are the outdoor areas including the pergola and yard. Don’t worry, we are super friendly! Other things to note - Keep in mind the fields are harvested in the fall and they re-grow in the spring. The sunset of course will always be there! - You may have to walk through a bit of grass and a stone pathway in the side yard to enter the place - There is a grill on our patio which is free for guests to use. However, if interested please notify us at least 3 days prior to your stay so we have time to make sure you receive grilling utensils. We may also ask you to sign an agreement prior to use. - Longer stays may be requested. However, in these instances we may ask to see your ID and to agree to sign a rental agreement for stays 7 days or longer.
