NEW 3-bedroom townhome with great views

Relax with the family at this peaceful place. Soak in the private hot tub or sit on the deck and enjoy the views of the mountains and the wide open spaces. Centrally located with access to Rocky Mountain National Park, Winter Park ski resort, Granby Ranch ski resort, Grand Lake, hiking, biking, golf and more! Our house is fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay, smart TV's in each room, all the kitchen wares, kid friendly items, etc. Town of Granby Permit #006580 The space Enjoy a soak in the hot tub on the ground level patio looking out over the open space in back. The 2nd floor deck and 3rd floor balcony are a great place to sit and have a drink or a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful views. We have provided wifi enabled smart TV's in the living room and each bedroom with Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+, along with other apps such as Netflix, AppleTV, Prime Video etc. that you can log into with your own personal accounts as you like. There is also a Blu-ray player connected to the TV in the living room for anyone that wants to bring any favorite DVDs/Blu-ray disks from home on their trip. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you should need (including kid friendly cups and dishes). We've also got lots of games, books, toys, bluetooth speaker, ski rack in the garage, etc. at the house for your use and enjoyment. Unfortunately, code no longer allows for a bbq/grill to be used on the premises, very sorry about that. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself. The only access exceptions are the locked owners closets in the lower floor hallway and the cabinet in the garage where we keep extra supplies. This is a 3 floor townhome with stairs to access the 2nd and 3rd floors. The ground floor has one bedroom with its own full bath and access to the back patio and hot tub. The 2nd floor has the kitchen, living room, dining space, half bath & laundry. The 3rd floor has the primary and secondary bedrooms, each with their own full bath. Walking up stairs is required to access the 2nd and 3rd floors. Other things to note We have provided the following items for a kid-friendly visit as well: toys, games, 2 pack-n-plays, baby gates, booster seats, sippy cups, plastic plates, bowls, cups, etc.. The home is professionally cleaned after each visit. We do ask for an additional $50 pet cleaning fee for our cleaners if you're travelling with your dog.
