2-bedrooms in cozy, brand new home

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, space. The two bedrooms are located in a spacious three-bedroom house. You will have access to the communal areas -kitchen, dining room, living room, and backyard. Located minutes from I35, 20 mins to downtown Austin, the airport, and COTA. Also, about 25 minutes to San Marcos and 45 mins to San Antonio. Buda has a beautiful, quaint downtown area that is worth exploring (only 8 mins away). The space Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow-top, soft mattress. The closet has plenty of space for you to use and dressers if needed as well. Bedroom 2: The bedroom has a stackable twin bed with 5 inch mattresses. The beds can be put next to each other to make a king size bed. It's perfect for a couple or for kids. Both bedrooms are side by side each other and located next to the bathroom. The bathroom will be used by only you and your guests. Guest access Inside communal areas, back yard and patio area, and driveway for parking. I also have a firepit that is available for use. During your stay I give my guests space but am available when needed I live here and work from home. I spend most of my time in my home office, lounging in my bedroom, enjoying coffee on my back patio, or hanging at a friends house. I am happy to give you as much space as you'd like or provide any helpful guidance on things to do around town. I have a dog that lives here with me, he is a hypoallergenic maltipoo and does not shed. He is a rescue and is scared of strangers so he will mostly hide away when guests are around. Other things to note I work from home and have a small maltipoo. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed.
