The Ocean Suite / Comfort for 2

Relax by the ocean right here at home! Cozy yet packed with practical features, this suite is the perfect space for 2 adults + 1 child. Featuring a private entrance, 1 queen bed, 1 sleeping futon, kitchenette, ensuite full sized bathroom, and TV, this unit is great for solo, small groups, and monthly stays! The space Size of Space - While we allow for up to 2 adults + 1 child, please note this room may be a tighter fit especially if the futon will be folded all the way down Noise - Our walls are thin between you and our other guests, so we ask all guests to respect quiet hours between 10pm-8am. While we do our best to enforce this, please take note of this if you are highly sensitive to noise. Futon Bed - The futon can be folded down to expand into a twin size bed Toiletries - All standard toiletries are included (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, bath towels) Kitchenette - Includes microwave, mini fridge, kitchen sink, hot water kettle, Keurig coffee maker + coffee pods, dishes, utensils, toaster, hot plate - Simple cooking only (no frying as there is no ventilation hood) Entertainment - Smart TV, cards, and books are available LONG TERM STAYS (28+ days): we do NOT refill toiletries/consumables or clean during your stay. We may be able to provide cleaning for a fee upon request. Guest access Laundry - Free outdoor washer and dryer access - Laundry detergent not included - Laundry hours between 8am-10pm - Please note, laundry space is SHARED Parking - You are welcome to temporarily park in the driveways to load/unload luggage, but no overnight parking allowed on the property - There is plenty of free street parking right outside During your stay Your entrance is private, so you will typically not cross paths with other guests. We live less than 20 minutes away so we can be available when needed. Other things to note House Rules 1. No illegal drugs or smoking of any kind on the property 2. No illegal music/movie downloads on our WiFi 3. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am. No laundry use during quiet hours! Our walls are thin so please respect your neighbors. 4. Please remove shoes indoors as much as possible 5. Turn off AC/Heater, hot plate, electronics, lights before leaving the room 6. Do not put food debris into the kitchenette sink. There is no garbage disposal! 7. Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet 8. No parties 9. No unregistered overnight guests or visitors 10. No eating or drinking on beds 11. Do not overload the laundry machines or they will not spin properly 12. There is no late check out as we may have a new guest to prepare for. On the rare chance we don’t, we may be able to accommodate a late check out for a fee ONLY if requested prior to checkout 13. While you may send deliveries to our address, we are NOT responsible for any deliveries that you may have 14. Parking is at your own risk. While our neighborhood is usually safe and peaceful, it is still an urban area. Lock your cars and do NOT leave belongings in your car. We are NOT responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or contents. 15. Please do not lose or take anything from the room* 16.
