It has direct access to a full bathroom with premium finishes. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, etc. Coffee maker and blender. The living room has a beautiful decoration where you can enjoy the great views of the bay and in the evenings make use of the spacious and comfortable sofa so that a person sleeps comfortably listening to the sound of the waves of the sea in the background. The condo also has 200MB fiber optic high-speed internet, ideal for video conferencing or home-office. A TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, HBO MAX, among others, and with local and basic cable TV, ideal for sports or children's programming. The terrace is our favorite space as it is very spacious and is equipped with a beautiful dining room ideal for 6 diners and a comfortable outdoor living room, where you can enjoy the views of the bay, the amenities and the well-known beach of Las Glorias. Guest access Harbor 171 is located 10-15 minutes from the airport. It has a covered parking space. Security is 24/7 at the main entrance and throughout the premises. Transport apps like Uber can get here without problems, as well as local taxis. Delivery services such as UberEats are also available. Within a 5-minute walk, you can find grocery stores, Oxxo, pharmacies, supermarkets, and everything you may need for short and long stays. Other things to note The complex features common areas such as covered outdoor terraces, a large family pool, an infinity pool with a direct view of the beach, an incredible infinity-type swimming lane that leads to the beach, a jacuzzi for 10 people, and a children's pool.
