Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and spacious living room. Secure cycle store and walking boot rack. Newly restored and perfect for 4-6 people or a family. The space Alma House is grade 2 listed, 18 Century, with typical Sussex white stucco walls and hipped tiled roof. It has a period bay shop window and to the left of the front door shrapnel scars to the wall from a WW11 bomb. The house has been fully restored and offers beautifully presented 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite sink and toilet, another with shower, sink and toilet and the third with full-size bath, shower over bath, sink and toilet). There are a total of 3 beds: 2 are small double beds, 1 is a full-size double bed. The mattresses are super comfortable with top quality linen. The sauna has Bluetooth speakers and the home cinema has 6 cinema seats and even a popcorn machine. The lounge and dinning table sit 6 and the kitchen is well equipped. There is room to store cycles on a bike rack and somewhere to air walking boots - and even a small bench by the front door where you can sit and watch the world go by. Guest access Guests have exclusive and private use of the entire house. Pets are welcome free of charge. Plenty of free on-street parking is available nearby. Access is via a smart lock, the code is sent the evening before your stay and check-in is from 3pm onwards. if you'd like to drop off your luggage earlier please message me to see if it is possible. If you are arriving late please take care not to disturb the neighbours. Checkout is at 11am. Alma House has a strictly no parties rule. Other things to note Railway station, beach, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs are all so close to hand. Plenty of free on street parking nearby. Best coffee at Bacas cafe, home made ice cream from Holy Cow, tasty excellent value pub food at the Old Boot, great brunch at the Grumpy Chef. The property is in the town centre which can be lively especially summer weekends. From the house you can hear the church clock and 9am Sunday mornings church bells.
