The annexe is situated in the quiet and rural village of Colton, 8.6 miles from the centre of Norwich. A comfortable 1 bedroom annexe for your sole use. Facilities include a kitchen with lounge, TV and dining table. Access to wifi. Hypnos double bed and ensuite shower room. There is free on site parking for 1 car. The annexe is an ideal base for exploring the delights that Norfolk has to offer. A very quiet and peaceful location with the vibrant city of Norwich on the doorstep. The space The annexe is attached to our home and provides self contained, spacious accommodation for your sole use on a self catering basis. The annexe is for adults only, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children/infants. The annexe is approximately a 25-30 minute drive to the City of Norwich. If you are unsure of our location and have a specific place you plan to visit during your stay, please contact us before booking and we will happily look up any postcodes you provide to give you a clear idea on your journey times/ distance. There is a keysafe for you to use enabling self check in as the annexe has a separate private entrance. The door leads into a bright and contemporary kitchen/ living area (16ft x 14ft/ 4.9m x 4.27m). From here a door leads through to a light and airy bedroom (14ft x 12ft/ 4.27m x 3.66m). There is wood effect flooring throughout the bedroom and kitchen/living area. A door leads from the bedroom into a small ensuite shower room which is fully tiled and has tile effect vinyl flooring. The small ensuite shower room has an electric shower with glass shower cubicle, toilet, a small sink with electric mixer tap. Towels are provided for your use during your stay. There is a shower caddy for your wash products. Mirror. Hand wash provided. The bedroom has a comfortable Hypnos 4ft 6in double bed with all bedding supplied, and additional pillows and blankets available. There is a wardrobe with shelving, hanging rail and hangers. A dressing table with mirror, and bedside units with lamps. The kitchen has a fridge (with ice box) and electric double oven (fan), microwave, kettle and toaster. In the cupboard you will find a selection of teas, alongside coffee and sugar. We also provide some basic food items such as bread, milk, eggs, jams and some biscuits to welcome you. Settle down infront of the TV after a days exploring. Watch live TV channels on the Sony Smart TV, or stream the latest films/series if you have Amazon, Netflix and Disney+ accounts. Dining table and chairs. There is WiFi to help keep you connected as mobile phone coverage is poor without it. Other things to note We would like to make your stay as comfortable as we can. With this in mind a selection of basic items (bread, milk, butter, eggs) will be waiting for you when you arrive alongside other basics such as tea, coffee and sugar. If you have dietary requirements please let us know and we will do our best to source alternatives.
