Enjoy your stay at one of our two spacious and open lofts in historic downtown Washington NC. We have many wonderful restaurants, breweries, galleries, shops and boutiques and even our own gin distillery all within a short walk of the lofts or you can enjoy a stroll along the boardwalk on the Pamlico River. Whether you drive, fly, or sail here; we hope we can help make your stay a memorable one. The 900 sq ft loft is done in a style of coastal river cottage and features exposed brick, 15 ft ceilings, an open floor plan, and 8 ft window filling the space with tons of natural light. This loft has an adjacent sister loft together make a great space for wedding parties or larger families. We are two hours away from the Outer Banks, 4 minutes from Washington Airport, 30 minutes from Greenville/ECU, and 30 minutes/one hour from ferries. You must be able to climb a flight and a half of stairs (12 steps, landing, then 12 steps) We love that guests can bring their pets. We do ask that they are well behaved but sometimes the dogs bark. If you do bring your dogs, please don’t allow them to bark. Be respectful of our other guests. We have tankless water heaters. You will not have a lot of water pressure if you take a shower and run the washer/dishwasher.
